12 years...

Twelve years ago I walked down the aisle and married my best friend. We were so young, but so in love with God and each other.

Many things have happened in our 12 years of marriage. We've rented two different apartments and one house, we've bought four cars and traded/sold them for new ones, we've been employed by several different companies in many different fields of work, we've endured long nights of studying for college classes and graduated with a two and four year degree and now in graduate school, we've bought two homes and sold one, we've had two children and watch them grow each day in different ways, we've surrendered to the ministry and now await God's timing to move us in a new direction.

Thank you, God, for showing me how much you have grown us as individuals and as a couple. I am so glad that You introduced me to my life partner at the age of sixteen. I'm so excited to see what You have in store for us next...where You will move us, who we will meet, and how our lives will change from year to year. We surrender ourselves to You and the things You want for us.
